Snake Audio Solutions ("Snake Audio", "we") operates snakeaudiola.com.
Snake Audio Solutions is an independent event audio consultant and provides onsite audio engineering. We do not own audio equipment and are not a rental house. Equipment and crew are provided by third-party vendors under their own terms.
Each event is proposed individually, with vendor proposals shared with the client. Onsite engineering is billed separately. Compensation, where applicable, is disclosed in writing before booking.

Consulting is quoted as a flat fee per event (from $1,000). Site surveys are $300 within 30 miles of the South Bay. Onsite engineering is quoted separately. Any vendor referral fee is disclosed in writing before booking. Scope, deposit and change terms are set in each written proposal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
